Anti-CD267 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against human CD267, also called TACI (Transmembrane Activator and Calcium modulator and cyclophilin ligand Interactor), a TNF-receptor superfamily protein encoded by TNFRSF13B. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antibody, it is validated for Western blot and ELISA workflows on human samples. The reagent supports research into B-cell surface receptor expression, BAFF and APRIL ligand signaling, class-switch recombination, and the molecular basis of common variable immunodeficiency, in which loss-of-function TNFRSF13B variants have been characterized. Suitable for studies of marginal-zone and switched memory B-cell subsets, the antibody offers a tool for investigating TACI-dependent survival and differentiation pathways in lymphocyte populations.
