Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CD248, available from Antibodies.com, is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied unconjugated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
The reagent was raised in Rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human CD248. It detects endogenous levels of Endosialin protein, with the target observed at approximately 50 and 80 kDa by molecular weight. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
