Raised in rabbit and purified as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent, this Antibodies.com primary antibody recognizes the CD3 zeta chain (CD247), the 16 kDa transmembrane signaling subunit that couples antigen recognition to intracellular activation cascades in T lymphocytes. The antibody is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence on human, mouse, and rat samples, making it a flexible reagent for T-cell receptor signaling studies, thymic selection research, and immune synapse imaging in lymphoid tissue sections and cultured Jurkat cell models. Supplied in a 100 µL vial, the polyclonal format targets multiple epitopes on CD247, which improves recognition of denatured or fixed targets across varied sample preparations.
