Anti-CD247 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes the CD247 polypeptide, a transmembrane signaling subunit of the T-cell receptor-CD3 complex. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3, and is validated for Western blot detection of endogenous CD247 in human, mouse, and rat sample lysates. CD247 carries three ITAM motifs that are phosphorylated upon TCR engagement to initiate downstream signaling cascades controlling T-cell development, activation, and effector function.
