Anti-CD247 Antibody

Polyclonal rabbit antibody to CD247 (also known as CD3 zeta), unconjugated and listed by Antibodies.com in its Primary Antibodies range. The IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Recommended dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF. Reactivity is reported against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 50–164 of human CD3 zeta (NP_932170.1), and the target protein has a predicted molecular weight of 19 kDa.
