Anti-CD244 Antibody

From the Antibodies.com Primary Antibody range comes a rabbit polyclonal reagent directed against CD244. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against recombinant full length human CD244 as immunogen and is reported to detect endogenous levels of the CD244 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 41 kDa, and one scientific validation image accompanies the product.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
