Anti-CD244 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets CD244 and is validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human and mouse samples and is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 22–224 of human CD244 (NP_057466.1) and was purified by affinity chromatography. The target runs at a reported molecular weight of 75–100 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is given. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
