Anti-CD24 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to CD24 from Antibodies.com, classified as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-80 of human CD24 (NP_037362.1) and is affinity purified.

Provided as a liquid preparation at a lot-specific concentration, the antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Reported molecular weights for the target are 45 kDa and 70 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC.
