Anti-CD225 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific chromatography, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets the human CD225 antigen (IFITM1), detecting endogenous levels of the protein in Western blot and ELISA workflows. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human CD225, and the reagent is supplied as a 50 µL liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. It is shipped at 4 °C and, upon arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Reactivity has been validated for human samples, while cross-reactivity with other species has not been established by the manufacturer.
