The CD225 antigen, also known as IFITM1 (interferon-induced transmembrane protein 1), belongs to a family of interferon-induced transmembrane proteins that mediate antiviral defense at the plasma membrane and endosomal compartments. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the human CD225 target and supports western blot and ELISA workflows. Each vial contains 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum for use in cell culture studies of viral restriction, interferon signaling, and lymphocyte activation. The antibody is reactive with human samples and is provided unconjugated, allowing flexible pairing with secondary reagents for downstream assays. Researchers studying immune cell adhesion, B-cell signaling pathways, and interferon-stimulated gene expression patterns use this reagent to characterize CD225 distribution across human cell lines and primary tissues.
