Anti-CD22 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the B-cell surface marker CD22 and detects endogenous total protein across human, mouse, and rat samples. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The antibody was generated against a recombinant human CD22 protein and is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence workflows, making it a flexible primary reagent for labs profiling CD22 expression and signaling in B-cell biology. For handling, the vial ships on cold packs at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
