Anti-CD22 Antibody

This Antibodies.com polyclonal primary antibody targets CD22 (Siglec-2), a 135 kDa sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin expressed on the surface of mature B lymphocytes. Raised in rabbit and supplied as 100 µl of liquid in a single vial, the reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western Blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples. CD22 serves as a B-cell lineage marker in hematopathology panels and is widely used to characterize lymphomas of B-cell origin, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia, Burkitt lymphoma, and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The antibody recognizes human CD22 and can be paired with an HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagent of choice.
