Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CD22, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent. The antibody was raised against recombinant full-length human CD22 and detects endogenous levels of CD22 protein. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples. The product is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 95 and 150 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen via affinity chromatography, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
