Anti-CD22 Antibody

An affinity-purified polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against CD22. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a reported molecular weight of 140 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 708–847 of human CD22 (NP_001762.2).

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, and repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. Each lot is supplied at a lot-specific concentration, and the antibody is supported by three scientific validation images.
