Anti-CD21 Antibody

CD21, also known as complement receptor 2 (CR2), is a 145 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed primarily on mature B lymphocytes and follicular dendritic cells. This rabbit polyclonal antibody, produced by Antibodies.com, targets the human CD21 protein and is supplied as an unconjugated reagent at 100 µl per vial. Validated applications include western blot and ELISA, supporting studies of complement-mediated B cell signaling, EBV host entry biology, and characterization of B cell lymphoma biopsy material.
