Anti-CD209 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises human CD209, also referred to as DC-SIGN, and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen used to raise the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 265–404 of human CD209 (NP_066978.1). The reagent is provided as a liquid preparation in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified. The molecular weight of the target protein is 55 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with avoidance of repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
