Anti-CD207 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets CD207, also referred to as Langerin. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is provided as an unconjugated liquid preparation.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 69–328 of human Langerin/CD207 (NP_056532.4) and purified by affinity chromatography. Reactivity is established for Human and Mouse samples, with additional Rat reactivity noted in the manufacturer's data. The target protein has an observed molecular weight of approximately 40–50 kDa.

It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
