Description

Rabbit monoclonal (E17-P) antibody to CD20, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form for use with human samples. Validated applications include immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue (IHC-P) and frozen sections (IHC-Fr), with a recommended IHC dilution range of 1:100–1:200.

The antibody was raised against a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human CD20 and recognises an epitope located between Pro283 and Ser295. It is provided in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and should be stored at 4°C.
