Anti-CD2 Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and directed against CD2. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 235–351 of human CD2 (NP_001758.2). The antibody is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and validated for Western blot with a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000. Reactivity has been demonstrated with human, mouse and rat samples, and the target has a reported molecular weight of 39 – 58 kDa.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For research use only; not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
