Anti-CD1B Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against human CD1B and is validated for Western Blot applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with human samples and is supplied as a liquid formulation.

It is affinity purified and produced using a recombinant fusion protein immunogen corresponding to amino acids 18-303 of human CD1B (NP_001755.1). The buffer is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 47 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.

The recommended Western Blot dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
