A rabbit monoclonal antibody to CD1a, listed by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent for research use. The antibody, designated clone L21-A, is of the IgG isotype and supplied in unconjugated liquid form. It is reactive with human samples.

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the C-terminal region, near the transmembrane domain, of human CD1a, and the antibody recognises an epitope located between Gly240 and Ala256. It is validated for immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue (IHC-P) and frozen sections (IHC-Fr).

The product is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline (pH 8.0) containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and is recommended for storage at 4°C. For IHC, a working dilution range of 1:100–1:200 is suggested.
