Anti-CD19 (phospho-Y531) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CD19 and supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Reported purity is > 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human CD19 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 531, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of CD19 only when phosphorylated at Tyr531. The reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The observed molecular weight is ~ 61, 95 kDa.
