Phosphorylation of CD19 at tyrosine 531 is a regulatory modification linked to B-cell receptor signaling cascades in B-lineage cells. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline at approximately pH 7.2, with 0.05% sodium azide included as a preservative. The unconjugated antibody has been validated for Western blot and recognizes the phospho-Y531 epitope on human, mouse, and rat CD19, supporting studies of activation-state-dependent signaling events. Each 100 µl vial provides ample material for multiple immunoblot experiments using lysates prepared under conditions that preserve tyrosine phosphorylation, and it is suitable for research into B-cell co-receptor function and CD19 signaling dynamics.
