Anti-CD19 (D424) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets CD19, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 400-450 of Human CD19. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the CD19 (D424) pAb detects endogenous levels of CD19 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 80 kDa.
