Description
From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the CD19 target. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 457–556 of human CD19 (NP_001761.3). The antibody is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
Validated applications include Western blot (WB) at a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200. Concentration is lot specific. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
