Produced in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, this Antibodies.com primary antibody recognizes the human CD19 transmembrane glycoprotein, a lineage marker widely used to identify B cells and characterize lymphoid malignancies such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The unconjugated format supplied at 100 µl supports western blot workflows and ELISA applications, and integrates cleanly with HRP-, biotin-, or fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagents chosen by the end user. Researchers apply the reagent to profile B-cell development, screen lymphoma-derived cell lines, and explore CD19-directed immunotherapies including CAR-T constructs. Reactive with human samples, the antibody is intended for research use only. For long-term activity, aliquot upon receipt and store frozen, with brief refrigerated storage appropriate for active vials in use.
