Anti-CD19 Antibody

The antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, with no fluorophore or enzyme attached (Unconjugated). It detects endogenous total CD19 protein in human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of B-cell development and lymphocyte signalling. Because the reagent is polyclonal rather than monoclonal, it represents a heterogeneous pool of rabbit immunoglobulins directed against multiple epitopes of the CD19 antigen, rather than a single defined isotype.
