Anti-CD177 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to CD177 available from Antibodies.com, raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 35-285 of human CD177 (NP_065139.2). The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified.

Validated for Western blot (WB) applications on human and mouse samples, with a recommended working dilution of 1:500-1:1,000. Reported molecular weights for the target are 105 kDa / 45 kDa.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
