Anti-CD177 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the internal region of human CD177 (also known as NB1, NB1 GP, PRV-1 or polycythemia rubra vera 1), enabling selective detection of endogenous CD177 protein levels. The polyclonal antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot of an unconjugated liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. It is validated for ELISA and Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with human samples, making it well suited to studies of neutrophil surface biology and myeloproliferative disease research. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and, upon arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Each lot is purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, supporting low-background performance in standard immunoassays.
