Anti-CD163 Antibody [K20-T] - Identical to Novus (NBP1-30148)

This Rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets human CD163 and is supplied as a liquid preparation. The K20-T clone was raised against a peptide derived from the N-terminal sequence of human CD163 and recognises the epitope between Gly134 and Gly148.

It is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and reactive with human samples. The reagent is validated for immunohistochemistry applications on paraffin-embedded (IHC-P) and frozen (IHC-Fr) sections, with a recommended working dilution range of 1:100 to 1:200.

The antibody is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and should be stored at 4°C.
