Anti-CD163 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against CD163 and recognises human, mouse and rat samples. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 900-1000 of human CD163 (NP_004235.4), and the antibody has been affinity purified.

Validated applications include Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for Western blot, 1:50-1:200 for immunohistochemistry and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The target has a molecular weight of 145 kDa.
