Anti-CD161 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by chromatography against an epitope-specific immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets endogenous levels of the CD161 protein. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human CD161, and the antibody is supplied at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL in a liquid formulation of PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It is provided unconjugated in a 50 µL pack size and is validated primarily for Western blot (WB) workflows, where it can be paired with secondary detection reagents such as HRP-, biotin- or fluorophore-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG depending on the assay design.
