Description
Produced by Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody is classified as a Primary Antibody and targets CD161 (clone 3F8). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Rat samples. It was raised in Mouse against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids of human CD161.
The antibody detects endogenous levels of CD161 protein. It has been affinity-purified from mouse antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.3, the target has a molecular weight of approximately 25 kDa.
