Anti-CD161 (3F8) Antibody

Mouse monoclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targeting rat CD161, a type II transmembrane glycoprotein of the C-type lectin-like receptor family expressed predominantly on natural killer (NK) cells, NKT cells, and select CD8+ effector memory T-cell subsets in the rat immune system. The 3F8 clone is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is widely used as a marker for tracking innate-like lymphocyte populations in rodent immunology studies.

Each vial contains 100 µl of unconjugated antibody at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, pH approximately 7.3. The immunoglobulin was raised in mouse and reacts specifically with rat CD161, allowing it to be paired with HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagents for chemiluminescent or fluorescent detection workflows.
