Anti-CD151 Antibody

It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody detects endogenous levels of CD151 protein and was produced using recombinant full length Human CD151 as the immunogen.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The CD151 target has a predicted molecular weight of ~28 kDa, and two scientific validation images are referenced.
