Anti-CD151 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CD151 and is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 113-221 of human CD151 (NP_001034579.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 28 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
