Anti-CD14 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CD14, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for western blotting and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. The antibody is raised in rabbit and is of the IgG isotype. Reactivity has been demonstrated with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 20-330 of human CD14 (NP_001167576.1), and the target protein is reported at a molecular weight of 60 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
