Anti-CD137L Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is directed against CD137L (TNFSF9), a TNF-family ligand implicated in T-cell co-stimulation. The reagent is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL, and is unconjugated to preserve flexibility for downstream labelling. It is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and is reactive with human samples. The immunogen is a synthesised peptide derived from the internal region of human CD137L, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of CD137L protein. For best stability the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
