Anti-CD137 (K107) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CD137 and is generated using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 80–130 of human CD137. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF), including ICC/IF, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

Supplied unconjugated, the antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target CD137 protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 27 kDa.

Specificity is directed at endogenous levels of CD137 protein. The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
