The Antibodies.com anti-CD133 polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation at 100 µg. CD133 (also known as Prominin-1) is a ~120 kDa pentaspan transmembrane glycoprotein widely used as a surface marker for hematopoietic, neural, and cancer stem cells in regenerative biology and oncology research. This reagent has been validated across multiple experimental platforms, including Western blot, immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded sections, immunocytochemistry, and flow cytometry, demonstrating reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. Provided in liquid form with an IgG isotype, the antibody is suited to immunolabelling membrane-bound epitopes on fixed cells and tissue sections. Store refrigerated and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve lot-to-lot binding performance over the shelf life of the vial.
