Anti-CD133 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against CD133 (Prominin-1) and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human CD133. Supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in a liquid PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, it is unconjugated and intended for the detection of endogenous CD133 protein levels. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and reactivity has been validated against human and mouse samples. The product is verified for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows.
