Anti-CD130 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the human CD130 sequence flanking the non-phosphorylation site at S782. It is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, at a stated concentration of 1 mg/mL, and is provided unconjugated. The product detects endogenous levels of CD130 (gp130) and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and ELISA workflows, with demonstrated reactivity toward both human and mouse samples. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
