Anti-CD13 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against human CD13, this unconjugated polyclonal primary antibody targets aminopeptidase N (ANPEP), a ~150 kDa type II transmembrane metallopeptidase expressed on epithelia, endothelia, fibroblasts, and myeloid-lineage cells including monocytes and granulocytes. CD13 serves as an immunophenotypic marker in acute myeloid leukemia and related hematologic studies, and acts as a receptor for certain human coronaviruses such as HCoV-229E, which is why it appears in viral entry and respiratory infection research.
