Anti-CD127 Antibody

The Antibodies.com Anti-CD127 polyclonal reagent recognizes the human interleukin-7 receptor alpha chain (IL-7Rα), a ~65–75 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein that mediates IL-7 signaling during lymphocyte development and survival. Researchers routinely include CD127 in flow cytometry panels to discriminate regulatory T cells (CD4⁺CD25⁺CD127low/–) from conventional CD4⁺ effector populations, and the marker is also studied in the context of T cell homeostasis, B cell maturation, and the immunophenotyping of certain leukemias. Supplied as 100 µg of liquid polyclonal IgG in a vial with no conjugate label, this reagent has been validated for western blot and immunocytochemistry on human samples. For storage, keep frozen at -20 °C in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and briefly spin the vial before opening to recover the full volume.
