Anti-CD11C (8E3) Antibody

A mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets CD11C and is identified as clone 8E3. Provided unconjugated, it is validated for Western blot applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3.

It was generated using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids of human CD11C, and the clone detects endogenous levels of CD11C protein. Purification was carried out from mouse antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.

The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 128 kDa.
