Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CD11B and is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied in unconjugated form at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
The immunogen is recombinant full length Human CD11B (339aa-629aa), and the reagent detects endogenous levels of CD11B protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at approximately 170 kDa.
