Anti-CD117 (1A9) Antibody

This mouse monoclonal antibody targets CD117 and is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. Raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids of human CD117, the unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and has been shown to detect endogenous levels of CD117 protein in human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody was affinity-purified from mouse ascites by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and is reported to be >95% pure by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 46 kDa.
