Anti-CD11α Antibody [A11]

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone A11) recognises CD11α and is supplied as a lyophilised preparation in unconjugated form, with an IgG1 isotype. It is validated for flow cytometry (FC) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is reactive with human samples.

The antibody was raised against human cytolytic T lymphocytes. Purification is carried out by Protein G affinity chromatography, and the product is formulated lyophilised from a 0.01M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.0. Concentration is described as reconstitution dependent, with reconstitution performed using double distilled water. The epitope is reported as Sp2/0-Ag14.
