Anti-CD106/VCAM1 (2C11) Antibody

A mouse monoclonal antibody targeting CD106 (also known as VCAM1), clone 2C11, available from Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) and reacts with human samples.

Generated using recombinant full-length human VCAM1 as the immunogen, the clone detects endogenous levels of CD106 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3, and the target protein migrates at approximately 81 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from mouse ascites by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

VCAM1 (CD106) is commonly used as a marker for endothelial stem cells, hematopoietic stem cells, mast cells and mesenchymal stem cells.
