Anti-CD101 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is directed against the CD101 antigen (also known as IGSF2, V7 or EWI101), a cell-surface immunoglobulin superfamily member. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. It is unconjugated and intended for use in standard immunodetection workflows, with validated application in Western Blotting (WB) and ELISA on human samples; the polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of CD101 protein, using a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human CD101 as the immunogen. For shipping, the vial is maintained at 4 °C during transit and should be aliquoted upon receipt and stored at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
